End Poverty Now (EPN) chapters are made up of enthusiastic university and high school students dedicated to alleviating poverty. Chapters give students the opportunity to volunteer for local organizations, learn about socio-economic issues, and work towards alleviating poverty in meaningful, sustainable ways. They provide an environment in which students serve as essential members of a national non-profit, and are able to make a direct and positive impact both locally and abroad. WHAT WE DO
We Elect
Our grassroots volunteers make sure their voices are heard by their elected heads. We know the most impactful ways to convey ideas and initiatives to take action against extreme poverty is by electing a chapter head to represent them in EPN’s national meetings.
We Organize
Our volunteer teams build grassroots support by hosting meet-ups, canvassing fundraising events, talking to community groups, and recruiting students to take action to end poverty.
We Empower
We continuously train and empower our grassroots volunteers with issue and skill-based training that prepares them to influence their communities. We give you the resources to translate your passion into action among a team of like-minded poverty fighters.
